How long is the party?+
Each party has a full 2-hour party room window. The first 15 minutes are for check-in and room setup, the next 1 hour and 30 minutes are for party room time, and the final 15 minutes are for cleanup. All setup, celebration, and cleanup must fit within the 2-hour timeframe.
What is included?+
Party tables, a dedicated host, playground access, arcade access, pizza, socks for each child, and the package-specific coins or unlimited-play game cards shown in the pricing planner.
How many adults can attend?+
Each paying child may bring up to 2 adults. Example: a 10-kid party includes up to 20 accompanying adults. Larger adult groups need staff approval so the room stays comfortable.
Do you have a private room?+
Yes. A private room option is available for an additional $80, depending on the selected time and availability.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the party so the team can release the deposit authorization and reopen the time slot. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the party, the $100 deposit may be charged and will not be refunded.
How do I make the payment?+
A $100 deposit authorization is required when you book. The full party balance is paid at on-site checkout after the party. The authorization is released within 24 hours after the party unless there are unresolved charges. Unlimited-play cards must be returned at the end of the party; missing cards may be charged $10 each.

We save your card securely and email your confirmation. A $100 authorization hold is placed immediately for parties within 5 days, or 5 days before later parties.
