The playground is for kids 1–12, and the toddler zone is sized for under-5s. The arcade, claw machines, and VR are open to all ages — bring grandparents. Adults are free when accompanying a paying child.

No for regular visits — adults enter free with a paying child. For birthday parties, each paying child may bring up to 2 adults so the party area stays comfortable.

Yes — grippy socks are required on the playground and trampolines. Bring your own, or buy a pair at the front desk for $3.

Birthday cakes, yes — bring whatever cake you want. Outside meals or large food spreads, no, since we have a café on-site. Water bottles are always welcome.

Yes — free parking right out front in the shared plaza lot. Plenty of spaces on weekdays; weekends fill up after noon, so try to arrive early for parties.

The booking flow saves your card securely. A $100 authorization hold is placed immediately for parties within 5 days; for later bookings, it is placed 5 days before the party. It is a hold, not the full party balance.

Yes, please do — it saves you 5 minutes at the door. Sign waiver online. One waiver per family covers all your kids.

Strollers can park near the front desk; we just ask that they don’t roll into the playground or arcade aisles. Front-desk staff will help you find a spot.

Email [email protected] as soon as you know. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the party to release the $100 authorization hold. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, damage, or missing cards may result in the hold being captured.
